In the current state of interconnectedness, she says that international users will find you, sometimes before you're ready to commit to them. On day one, they might be a bigger audience than your local peers. Evernote, for example, has 75% of its users outside of the U.S. When going global, think of this audience as set of users with needs and develop for them when possible; they're not just a new pool of people that necessarily wants your existing product.
